Vienna Song Writers Retreat June 2024
This was the third time I’ve catered for the songwriter’s retreat in Vienna. The weather was amazing so I had lots of fresh seasonal produce to use. My menu highlights were the tofu Larb (seen pictured on the right) and the Mexican wedding cookies. It is truly one of my favourite places in the world to be and cook :)
