After the success of the songwriters retreat in Vienna, I was booked for one in London. A London producer got into contact and we hosted a day retreat in their home studio. It was so lovely to be able to prep within my home kitchen and just complete the finishing touches at the studio. It always impresses me how people can create a full song within a couple of hours!

I whipped up homemade focaccia, and Italian butter bean stew for starters. For mains a cavelo nero with a 2 side salads and a summer berry crumble tart for dessert. Had a couple of diary allergies so made the whole meal diary-free and had homemade vegan cheese and regular cheese on the side.
