My business partner, myself, and three Austrian producers from Zonkey Studios wanted a place for indie musicians to meet one another and make music. We wanted to create a space without any industry pressure, where the musicians could have a break from their busy routines, be creative, make connections and have fun!

We decided to cook a vegan menu as it would cater for most dietary requirements and allergies. Some menu highlights were the french toast with poached pears and Cuban black beans with homemade salsa and guacamole.
